1. Sign up for Services
Click on the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions you can give our friendly staff a call, message us on Facebook, or use our online chat tool.
2. Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
Once you sign up for services a Swoop Scoop representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
3. Setup Customer Portal
Once you sign up for services a Swoop Scoop representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
4. Attach Payment Method
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup Swoop Scoop will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.
5. Enjoy a Poop Free Yard!
Congratulations! You are officially a member of the Swoop Scoop family, and can start enjoying your tail wagging friends, without the stink, or the hassle of dog waste removal.

Before leaving, our team will sanitize all scooping tools using an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to help prevent the spread of germs and illness, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for every dog we serve.
Pet Waste Disposal
Depending on your location and local regulations, your Poop Scooped technician will either double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can or transport it in the service truck for proper disposal through Waste Management. In certain areas where a trash can isn’t available, the waste will be securely double-bagged and placed neatly along the side of your home. This ensures responsible disposal and full compliance with local guidelines.
